  • Approval Required: Once your request is reviewed, you will receive specific return instructions.
  • Authorization: Returns sent to our warehouse without prior approval cannot be accepted.
  • Return Address: Once your return is approved, our support team will provide you with the relevant return address.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. Provide your order number and a clear photo of the issue so we can resolve it promptly with a replacement or a refund.

Eligibility and Non-Returnable Items
